I founded the team here at Church Nerds so that pastors & staff could direct their energy to what they do best, while we take care of their software needs.
I learned the value of software automation while working on staff at my local church for 6 years. During that time I found that our team spent countless staff hours on manual data entry, repetitive admin duties, and were barely able to keep all of our different software platforms afloat.
Then I uncovered a whole new world of software automation & learned how to code, which helped us operate more efficiently and it freed up our team to spend time on what matters most - our people. This enabled us to connect our apps and allow all of our software to work together in harmony. It was love at first click.
I REALIZED THAT CHURCH STAFF AND PASTORS DON'T NECESSARILY NEED MORE SOFTWARE. THEY NEED HELP PROPERLY IMPLEMENTING AND OPTIMIZING THE SOFTWARE THEY ALREADY HAVE.
They don’t want to spend hours learning new technology and apps. They want to focus on their people. Long story short: a passion was born.
